Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

First off, these little shits are not good for you. Don’t let the tomato fool you. Also, they are ADDICTING. They’re also a pain in the ass to make. Have I convinced you yet? Good, let’s go.

Ingredients:

-Carton Cherry Tomatoes (fully ripe and clean)

-1/2 cup mayo

-1/2 package regular bacon, cooked and chopped

-4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

– 3 large leaves fresh basil chopped

salt and pepper

Now for the annoying part.

Slice off the top of the tomato and use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds. Then place the tomato upside down on a paper towel to let it drain some of it’s juices. Repeat with remainder of tomatoes.

In a large bowl combine all other ingredients adding salt and pepper to taste.

Use small spoon to stuff mixture into tomatoes.

They will last about two days with refrigeration but they’re best served right away because tomatoes taste weird when you put them in the fridge. So quit doing that, k?
